My daughter and I are looking to buy a house and our real estate agent recommended Kenny of Fletcher Inspections. I have bought a few homes and Kenny was by far the best inspector I have seen. He is very thorough, energetic, positive and upbeat about his work. From attic to basement, from front yard to back yard, he went every where and checked everything there was to inspect. He took pictures and video and encouraged us to walk with him so he could explain things along the way. He even answered all my novice questions too. He went above and beyond in my opinion. His report was excellent with pictures as well. It is a handy report, a great checklist for getting things done. The bonus was that it was an early appointment and he brought doughnuts and coffee for us too. I would highly recommend Fletcher Inspections and Kenny as your Inspector!
