The first time we visited the place they cooked my wife's steak exactly how she likes it; shoe leather, not the way I would want it but it is what she likes. The next time we visited they took the steak back 3 times before she got it the way she liked it. Possibly a different chef that night, but it is on their menu as an option so I don't know why they could not get it correct. I asked for medium rare and mine was fine. The only saving grace was the fact that they ended up not charging us for her dinner.
