I have only been with them for three months and in that time they have incorrectly charged me for late fees each month, even though they have not updated my payment details on their system and are not available to take any of my calls during this pandemic and do not respond to their emails. This has been such a bad experience and I would not recommend these people to anyone looking for car insurance.
