Crossfit Lehi is the best box/ gym around. The coaches are incredible, whether you re beginner or an advanced Crossfitter they work with you to hit your goals and teach you how to be the best version of yourself. The box itself is huge, clean, and family friendly. There is always enough equipment for everyone, they keep the gym very clean from the bathrooms to the box floors, Crossfit Lehi is great for families! Both my husband and I workout there, my oldest daughter loves their kidfit classes, and there is free daycare for all my kids daily. CrossFit Lehi is constantly evolving, from more- better equipment, extra classes included in your membership (yoga, oly, hiit, ect.), nutritionists, body testing, ect.
