Was assured by my salesperson that all the paperwork for our new Ascent was completed and that it would be a smooth and quick process for my wife to pick up the car with just a few signatures and a run down of how to operate its gadgets. After spending five hours at the dealer with my kids she called me at work nearly in tears. We eventually got the car home that day, but the O Brien staff did not deliver on a quick easy hassle free experience. And to make it worse, they were horsing around with coworkers in their offices when they should of been scrambling to rectify their mistakes. Love Subaru, disappointed in O Brien.
