Noah F. the service tech was FANTASTIC!!. We had been having various HVAC issues for a while (air exchanger, humidifier, heat pump, thermostat) and he went through things with a fine tooth comb - discovered the problems and fixed them.

Rated this ONE star since the issue I have is with customer service team and the dispatcher. I was specific in my phone request for a tech - I identified the issues I was having and even made guesses as to the cause - I asked for a specialist in the Honeywell IAQ system. I told them no emergency but when they sent someone, I wanted their best since this was a convoluted series of issues and would take real experience to resolve.

The first guy that showed up was very junior, really nice but admitted he couldn't help me much. They sent Noah the next day - but he didn't get all the information I had provided in the initial phone call OR to the first guy they sent. SO...in fact it turns out I did need a new IAQ unit but he didn't have one in the truck - requiring a THIRD visit to finally resolve.

The service windows are about 4 hours and in each case they arrived a the tail of the window so I have invested about 15 hours in my personal time + $1500.00 getting this resolved.

Moral to the story - find out where/when Noah works and get Noah. Don't trust the Genz-Ryan system for proper communications.
