I can t get enough of Konnect Pilates classes. The instructors are competent, knowledgeable, professional, and fun! They make it a point to get to know their clients by name and somehow remember each of their weaknesses. Unlike other Pilates studios, they intentionally keep their classes small so they can instruct their clients during classes. They offer an assortment of reformer classes as well as mat, barre, bodhi, and so much more! I ve done Pilates elsewhere for over 7yrs and since starting at Konnect two months ago, I have learned something new about my body, my movement, and/or a new skill during each class I ve taken. My only regret is not finding out about this place sooner.
