I ordered a Rickenbacker 330 for my wife. Due to Covid 19 and other factory production factors the Rickenbacker took almost a year to get. Naperville Music kept me in the loop and would give me progress reports. The 330 took time to get, but it was well worth it. I saved hundreds, that s right, hundreds of dollars compared to other stores. The wait was well worth it. The people at Naperville Music were always so nice, polite and professional that it was a great experience buying a guitar from them. I will certainly buy from Naperville Music in the future. When the guitar arrived Naperville Music didn t even open the box and let me be the one to open it. I didn t and let my wife have the honors, which in itself was a tad nerve racking.
