Terrible experience with this service center. Save your money and time by giving your business to another location.

Initially, we were referred to the Mercedes-Benz of Charlotte in Pineville, so we drove the three hours to this repair center with our Sprinter, dropped it and returned home. Then three hours back to retrieve the Sprinter they claimed to have fixed, but after leaving the shop, we had the same problem. This back and forth occurred again, only this time, not only was the problem claimed to be fixed, it was actually worse (the Sprinter would not start at all - and we were left high and dry.) After calling the service center, they suggested it could be an unrelated problem to what they originally diagnosed. In reality, they inaccurately diagnosed the actual issue and wouldn't acknowledge that. We didn't see any reason to give them any more business and took our Sprinter to the Greenville location.

Bottom line: Don't waste your time and money at this Sprinter service center.
