They are trying to be friendly in the beginning but If you face any issue, the support is so bad.

About the hosting;

They have their own system(cpanel)and it's very very primitive comparing with well known companies in hosting.

Every additional option costs money and the standard hosting is already bad .

That is my own experience with them.

I am working with different hosting companies in different countries, and I can really see the big differences.
