First time to the store and took two name brand purses to sell. They print a receipt with your name but it does not list items. As I didn't know their process, I asked how do they know it's mine...what shows the purses are mine? Here's the customer service response I received, "this is how we do it and if you don't like it, then go somewhere else". Next she said they will text me to come back to the store so I asked would it be same day, in the afternoon? She said when their done, and so I can leave and come back after the text. Well that was within 15 minutes which is great if I stayed there. She made it seem it would be awhile and not just enough time to get several miles down the road to instantly have to go back. Both purses are new, smells like leather and with original tags of $300 each. I was hoping for a third of the money, so totals $200 cash to me...the offer was $85 for both. So it's ok..... I took back my purses, I don't have to sell them. I also don't and won't go in there again. I will not refer them to anyone. Her words were one thing, her demeanor and attitude is what set me off. My kids were talking about it as well. Maybe the customer service is only good if you're paying them!
