I called twice a week in advance to warn them that I would check in very late; they still gave my room with a view away. The customer service agent at check in was rude and not helpful. The toilet seat was broken, thanks the air conditioning was poor, especially in the middle of the night. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel like straw.
