My husband had an appt at 420 and he made it at 427 to Dr. Lu so the nurse at the window said oh he wont see you because you are 7mins late. She said I will check with him anyway and she went to the back Dr. Lu refused and walked out right past my husband. I am irate. We have been going to Dr. Lu for over 6 years and my immediate family goes to UH doctors in all fields and have been for over 10 years. In saying that we have always had 10-15 mins before you have to reschedule what happened was he was his last client and he was ready to go. I dont care if im your first or last client you treat me the same and like you care. This is not the first problem we have had and that is the reason we have to write this review
