DHL- unprofessional, untrained staff, unreliable service. This company does not deserve any stars. No one has any information, their tracking system is inconsistent. Charlene , Victoria, Ferzana, Deepak-ALL LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT ONE OF YOU WERE ABLE TO EXTRACT USEFUL INFORMATION. Train your staff and create a better system.
