I had this insurance last year 2018-2019 and they were ok, the company would approve services with some difficulties but eventually we would get the care we needed, I renewed for the next year 2019-2020 and it has just been a nightmare! They are not approving anything, even basic services, I ask to speak to managers on the phone & I am informed I will be called back in 30 minutes (it has been 7 days & I am still waiting for a callback from a manager called Mark). I have been hours on the phone trying to just get for example Physiotherapy (which my insurance clearly covers). I will not be renewing for the following year. It should not be this hard when you pay a lot of money for the insurance.
