About 40 people in the queue, and no organising. The cashiers would come out from their tills and wave for the next customer. Problem is the people first in line (everyone is in one loooong line) can't see past everyone as it is so far. Some cashiers seemed happy to just chat to each other till someone eventually came. How hard is it to have a system or a person to keep things going? Come on Makro, you can do better than this.
