The room is comfortable, with everything well placed. However, the bed is too tall. Also, showercaps were not provided, so I had to ask for one. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. I was impressed that one of the front desks had a hearing loop. Also, when I asked the front desk if they had any AA batteries for my shake awake alarm clock, the lady kindly called their engineering team and asked them for batteries for me.
