Doug MacDonald was the inspector that went over the house I'm about to buy, he was extremely professional and answered all my questions...very knowledgeable and he is also WETT certified. The service with Cottage To Castle was impeccable since the start; Katie over the phone was excellent and scheduling was very easy with them. Again Doug was great, he went over everything with me and took the time to explain anything I asked, and at the end I received a PDF inspection report with pictures and all the comments and recommendations from him. I would recommend to anyone to do their home inspection with them, their prices are great for the type of service they offer, all in all 10/10!!!
