I called their office today and it was about a claim that am mistakenly involved in, the agent that spoke to me was an extremely rude, unethical and aggressive person. I can't even imagine how people do business with such people.

You have to teach your agents how to be respectful.

Edit: after contacting the office today for the second time another agent replied and she was so polite and understanding, she handed my situation very politely although I thought she was the same person from my previous call.
My thanks to her and her attitude, but I still say that the other agent whom I knew her name Angie was completely the opposite of today and I still believe she has to learn a lot about how to speak with customers.
