Well, My father and I took the pleasure working w John Won and I'd have to say that was one of the smoothest experiences I've ever seen or heard of dealing w a car dealership.
John's not the typical high pressure salesman who will say anything and everything to try and make a deal.
From the very beginning, after speaking w John, my father wanted to work w him. His follow up was top notch, never wasting our time, trying to sell us anything but what we asked for. He was to quick to get to his point and maybe 3 days later we were in his office, test drove the car and we were done within an hour.
Not only would I recommend him to a complete stranger, I'd definitely recommend him to all family and friends.
We left Nick Alexander Imports feeling satisfied and happy we did business w them and not Center BMW who wasted more of my time and money then I care to speak of.
If you're interested in a BMW and it's important you deal w a professional? I wouldn't think twice before calling John Won before I tried anywhere else.
