The doctors there are in my experience very good. That, which over and over again, with each telephone contact can get only a star, is the telephone central. The people there are stuffy, rude, bad-tempered, hang up when something gets too much for them and evidently badly trained. But perhaps these telephone workers do not earn so much that one can only employ people there who find their sense of life and livelihood in not piercing or offending callers. If you want to go to the charite, then you should go there, run, croak, but do not call.
