These blue guys did all of the work, while the jails, payment systems, phone companies, and tow companies, all just took their cut and ran. Lets be honest, it was a $90 processing fee for my brother to bail me out. He used a debit card. It was a 9% charge to bail me out. Paying money to pay money is the meta of capitalism.

Also NY, update your officer's car computers for gods sake! Windows Vista stopped being supported by Windows almost 2 years ago. IT security is a vital part of proper due process.
