I took the Canfit Pro course at Goodlife on Wellington West in Toronto a couple weeks back. Our instructor was Trevor Pickett.....he was amazing! From the time we walked in the room he was engaging, informative, enthusiastic and entertaining. He made 3 days fly by and filled our minds with valuable information. Well done Trevor and well done Canfit for hiring him.
