Tina, their property manager in charge of rentals, is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. The way she approached a potential business transaction was disturbing.

She lost my application, and I had to try to track her down for weeks. She finally "finds" my application and I get approved for the house. Tina was reluctant to let me look over the lease, which was an immediate red flag. She wanted to have my security deposit in her hand before she would even answer any questions about the house.

There were also multiple issues with the house itself when we did a final walkthrough (a large hole on the outside of the house, cockroaches inside, dirty appearance, and broken windows). When I asked Tina about these issues being fixed prior to move-in, she said that they'd "take a look at it."

Needless to say, I did not sign the lease with them and will never do business with them. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for information purposes.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY TINA!!!
