This has honestly been one of my worst experiences...

This has honestly been one of my worst experiences ever, with being in contact with a registrar office. They have been as helpful as a speck of dust, which is nothing. The transfer credits department has been 100 times more helpful with my questions and but this sour taste that the UOIT connect department as left behind remains.
The website for choosing a course is horrid and their guides are full with just as many twist and turns. When I asked about their guide the only response they can bother to give me is to read guide OR they would not even other to ask them when I even showed them a screen shot of what I did not make sense. Would I honestly be sending you an email if I haven't read the guide and it made sense to me?

I'm starting to regret even accepting this school offer.
