Somewhat underwhelming considering all the build up. I had a 14 oz. Delmonico (MR) that was OK but definitely not great by any means. Kitchen tour was entertaining considering the level of activity. I especially enjoyed the onion prep station with 600 lbs processed daily, primarily for the French Onion Soup (at the top of the list that I've had) and Onion Straws served with every meal. I felt sorry for the wait staff having to negotiate the tight quarters of the kitchen with the tour crowd while keeping a smile on their faces. The tour of the 620,000 bottle (world's largest private collection) wine cellar was absolutely astounding. We did avail ourselves of the dessert room upstairs, after dinner. Again, good but, in my opinion, not great. Overall, a 3 out of 5 star experience.
