I had a terrific experience working with Northwood Mortgage.

After having trouble securing financing with a different brokerage, I was recommended by a colleague to contact Allan Kates at Northwood.

Allan provided prompt, professional and superb advice regarding acquiring financing for my property. My situation wasn't ideal for the property I had conditionally purchased, and time wasn't on my side. I needed financing immediately or else I'd lose the property. It felt as though Allan dropped everything he was doing and dedicated all efforts towards me.

He kept me informed on what was happening during the entire process, which was all new to me as I'm a first time home buyer.

He somehow was not only able to secure me financing, but at a preferred rate.

What I was previously told was impossible (by another brokerage), became a reality thanks to Allan.

I'll certainly recommend him and Northwood to anyone looking for a great brokerage.
