The idea of the constellations:
The idea of the towers had started in 1963, but they stopped, and reappeared again in 1968, and construction began in 1975 to formally open in 1979. It is divided into two parts:

A tower dedicated to controlling the conduction of electricity to the surrounding area and its suburbs with a height of 113 meters and lighting the other two towers by means of strong searchlights installed in it and numbering about 100 scouts, and the diameter at the ground is 12 meters.

Iraqi invasion of Kuwait:
The towers were reopened on December 26, 1992 after being exposed to sabotage, robbery, and destruction in the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. The destruction of the towers was 70%. Technical devices and equipment were destroyed, glass was broken, roles were burned and electricity cables were cut. Losses were estimated at two million Kuwaiti dinars, and after Freeing Kuwait from the invasion. The Touristic Projects Company formed a committee to assess the damages and restore the facilities to their previous times. On December 26, 1992, the Minister of Finance and Minister of Planning Nasser Al-Rawdan opened the towers.
