We reserved booth 2 hours before we got there but ...

We reserved booth 2 hours before we got there but right in front of us they gave our place to different people. And tald us that those people been sitting here more then two hours, they cannot do anything. Plus they charged us 18% tip for stupid service. Last time they gave me absolutely different food, still I left over 20% tip but they charged me extra 3$-4$ I talked to my bank but they said, they can refund whole purchase or they cannot do anything. I called to restaurant they tald me that manager will call me back but no-one called me back. Last time I didn't left bad review because this was my favorite restaurant. Unfortunately service getting bad day by day.
