Absolutely the worst experience in our lives! First the front desk did not combine our 3rd day free room. Therefore, while we were out at 6 flags they threw all our stuff into bags and took it downstairs to the back security. A few of our things are missing nothing extremely expensive, but of value. A pillow my mother has had for 50 years and holds alot of sentimental value is gone. Every one we encountered was extremely rude about it. Everything was their fault, yet they act like it's our fault for wanting our things??? Only gentlemen that was decent and tried to help was the security supervisor. They checked someone else into the room and told us therefore they can't go in and check for our missing stuff until they are gone. So if the people in there decide they want to take it we are SOL. On top of that the hotel is empty but they don't have another room for us?? I understand things happen, but the level of unprofessionalism by the staff is unacceptable. Also why do I need to put a card on file? They clearly could have charged us another day if there wasn't a mix up. Regardless, the mix up was their fault to begin with. This was a huge invasion of privacy. Underwear, clothes, and other personal items just thrown into bags with no regard. Be careful staying here or don't bring any items to the hotel!
