This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, The first time was rough 5 yrs ago and the ceiling leaked all over my computer. I figured we would give it a 2nd chance considering some time has passed. The first visit they had advertised the rooftop restaurant which was not opened. Well this time it was and we thought we would give it a shot for Happy hour. We arrived around 5:30 took several mins. to get a drink. We then placed an order for some appetizers which arrived rather promptly. Our waitress came back one time for us to place an additional drink order and never returned, about a 1/2 hr. later a waiter ask if we needed anything we told him we would like a drink. Our drinks came our table was never cleared of glasses or our empty appetizer plates. I cleared the table myself and placed dishes on an empty table nearby. I also had to get up to and go to the bar to get additional drinks. The place was not that crowded but they were completely under staffed. Needless to say not impressed with the service. I had to go as far as asking the bartender for our bill. Never saw waitress again till checking out the next morning working at the counter. Also the room was very loud our room was next to the elevator which ran constantly. Recommend not using those rooms unless absolutely necessary. I could go on but I believe my point is clear. Gave them a 2nd chance there will not be a 3rd.
