I wouldn't give this company a star for many reasons. They were a good starter company but they didn't COMMUNICATE if you leave them a text, e-mail, or a phone call. They will yell at you on the phone, don't pay you on time, public isn't nice because I blew my whistle for thunder, and a man sweared in my face. One time after the last hour, a guy in the neighborhood made me stay late and clean the entire facility.You work by yourself at the facility and may never know what to expect. Pool equipment is awful and they don't help you with anything like if you have a problem with someone or something else. Not give you the proper uniform, probably not certified in anything like pool operator, lifeguard instructor, or even a lifeguard. They just sit around on their phones not doing anything just not doing their proper job. They also bother you too. Not very nice and every day can be a pain. Good to work for two years but worst company I worked for.
