Terrible, I bought a product on their website, they sent me another one that was not. I have images that prove that since it arrived it is wrong, even the person leaves the courier along with the package when he brought it. It's been 2 weeks since I filed the report supposedly "they are checking with the corresponding area" and there is no answer or signs of a return or exchange. The technical support people are very friendly, but it doesn't help to mark them because they don't solve anything. Here I have the PC without arming and without being able to use it because I am missing parts, I better bought with the competition. For now I only hope to return what they sent me (which by the way is still sealed as it was given to me) and to return my money.
