an hour and half for an oil change and two filters...

an hour and half for an oil change and two filters. then they only had one person to check you out. al serra does good service. but, no way can i waste that much time again. i thought id be in and out at best 1/2 especially wth an empty bay and waiting room. they need to separate oil changes and minor task from their main service its terrible nightmare waste of time.
