Outstanding customer service by Gloria and Andrew!! We changed our mind 10+ times and they were polite and supportive every single time. Two friends recommended Luisa Graff so we went in to get my wife's old ring and jewelry custom made into a new 25th Anniversary piece. We decided to go all NEW and trade our current ring and tennis bracelet. Andrew and Gloria were spectacular in assisting us with all our changes. Even after we finally decided we changed our minds and they were great AGAIN. The result was perfect!!! Luisa Graff is to Jewelry as the Broadmoor is to Luxury...A 5 STAR organization!!!!!
