Slim n lite has changed my life, my eating habits have changed and the results were amazing. I lost 6kg and that without me having the capability to do any exercise due to my knee injury. I have reached 68kg a weight that I wasn t able to reach for more then 15 years ago. Their menu is delicious, the team is highly qualified and very professional with great follow up.
