I had a wonderful experience these past two days while purchasing a new vehicle at Destination Mazda Vancouver. Guest advisor, Ibrahim, provided amazing customer service from start to finish. He was never pushy, and thoroughly answered any questions/concerns that I had throughout the process. He ensured that I was getting exactly what I had come in for. I was able to leave the lot right after signing all of my papers, and was given a thorough tour on how to operate the features of my new vehicle.
Another staff member (who's name I didn't catch) was also very helpful by ensuring I got a good value for my trade in. He explained to me in detail how the trade in process worked, so I was in the loop on how much I could receive for my prior vehicle. Jerad also provided great customer service by being friendly and answering any questions/concerns I had. From the moment I walked in every staff member I had encountered was genuine and friendly. Exactly the type of service and atmosphere you should want and expect when purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking into getting themselves a new vehicle.
