Poor customer service. Worst i have ever seen. They will only tell you about the cons of getting on contract but will never tell you the crazy amount of money you have to pay when you break the contract. I had to break the contract just because they cant provide me with decent internet plans on opticomm they want me to pay 70+ for limited internet with false advertised 25 mbps limit which you will never get where as there other providers offering unlimited internet with $60/month and have far better customer service.
