After calling iiNet about my log in problem I requested a call back within the hr which they did, Sarah the assistant tried to help with the problem she was very professional and kept me informed with everything she was trying to do, even though she had to put me on hold so she could speak to her supervisor Sarah was very apologetic when she came back on the phone, the problem didn't get fixed straight away but she assured me it would be within the hr, after 10 min Sarah called me back and talked me through the log in procedure and sent me a email for further reference. The service which I received was second to none I would recommend iiNet to anyone who is looking for a great service and a good deal.
