Filled out the online form. Received a prompt call back. Understood from the "professional" I was speaking with that someone would come by to take a look. They did - I wasn't home! Tell me how they are supposed to get into my locked and gated backyard to provide the estimate they called back with??? Told today that they are not an appointment company????? Asked for the manager to call back. They said he would today. Somehow doubt it. So if you want Nutrilawn you better stay at home fulltime until someone comes!!!
