After having a horrible experience driving a 2018 alfa romeo stelvio I decided to see what this dealership can do for me and give Chrysler another chance.. I was greeted by the sales manager Mr. Chak who was great to work with. I explained my situation with my issues and wanted to get out of the Alfo. No pressure and answered all my concerns and questions. I then dealt with salesman Mr. Mike Solomon who was great. With all my questions and indecisiveness he was patient and put zero pressure on me to buy. The combination of these two made my experience enjoyable again to buy a car. I ended up with a 2020 grand cherokee high altitude at a price better then I expected and love the jeep. Whoever is the owner of the dealership made 2 great investments with these 2 hires. Now 2 family members are headed there to get their cars leaving a lifetime of chevy vehicles. Hopefully when and if I need it I will have the same great experience with Service.
