Making this review since there are so many 1 stars...

Making this review since there are so many 1 stars. Do people not realize without this company you would not have electricity at all? And people make mistakes? (I feel like the fact you get electricity at all consistently deserves at least a 2 /shrug)

I'll give them 4 stars for having a relatively decent website that allows me to view all sorts of different statistics on my electricity bill as well as pay, automatic payment, plan payments, etc. It's also really nice to see history on the cute graph.

I also have electricity, and thankfully haven't had an issues yet, so that's really great.

I'm not giving all 5 stars because the webpage could be better. I can't see a breakdown for the current months energy usage, for example, until the bill closes for that month. I also wish there was a way to check how much my bill would have been if I was in a different energy plan/using the solar option that they have. That would really show customers that they care, in my opinion.
