This builder is anti-customer. Oh I had a very bad experience with them . They treat their customer as though it was a crime to buy from them and they hang around waiting for your slightest mistake to take your deposit. For requesting to move my closing date by just a few days they charged above $6000 as penalty. oh! I really felt very bad buying from this builder. If you like your peace of mind, please try other builders. Not this one.
