If I could give a lower rating I would. We received snide remarks about booking through a 3rd party. We were give an unfinished room with an unpainted ceiling and the toilet was in a closet-like room separate from the washroom.

We found a toenail in the washroom and mucus on the wall. We were give a special suite which looked pretty nice. However, there was something sticky on the chair, the bathtub and shower were not clean and the pillows smelled like cigarettes.

We paid 300+ dollars for our worst hotel experience yet. The only saving grace was that Montreal is a great City and we didn t want to stay in the hotel too much anyway. But it s not worth the money, not at all!
