My husband and I along with two of our children checked in 8/17. Everything seemed ok on the surface. I wanted to take a nap so I laid down in the master bedroom and realized once I pulled the sheets back and was about to get in bed there was a string of hair. I am funny about that kind of thing so I noticed it pretty quick. I assumed maybe the person changing the sheets might have lost a strand. Then I hop in the shower that night before I got in I was wondering why is the soap bar open? I always bring my own soap but while in there I notice the shampoo bottle wasn t full nor in place so I grab the soap to toss and while picking it up there was hair on the soap. Like really seriously someone else s soap they used in the shower I am now using which looks like the same hair that was in the bed. So of course I am highly in my feelings now and thinking maybe the sheets were never changed. So I call the front desk to explain the situation, hmmm no apologies no sorry not a care at all. I think if I would have stayed on the phone any longer we would have been arguing back and forth. I wasn t gonna change the room with my kids already in bed it s 12:04am while I am writing this. I didn t like the response from the front desk, they did send sheets for me to change our bed but I will not stay here again. My first thought was Hilton but my husband decided on Sheraton. Never again Hilton would have empathize and handled the situation way better by at the least apologizing for the housekeeping oversight and neglect.
