I had called inquiring about a vehicle and was told they still had it in stock as I didn t want to waste my time as I live 45 minutes away. I get there and I was informed that the vehicle had been sold but they had a similar vehicle so we test drove that. We ended up liking it and began the process on reaching an agreement on price/ a monthly payment that would work for us. The next day we go there to sign papers and the finance person that was helping us goes so you know about the increase in monthly payment? He goes over the paperwork and told me all about how great of a dealership and how honest Wilde is. Ok fine. So he tells me that based on my credit score the price went up but that he called in some favors and got us a better APR & that a 7 yr/ 100,000 warranty, 3 yr maintenance, & gap insurance would now be INCLUDED with purchase. I began signing papers and quickly realized that wasn t included as he used that word many times. They essentially forced me to purchase that in a very sneaky way and took advantage of me being distracted (I had a 3yr old and newborn with me). I looked through my paperwork when I got home and sure enough they charged me 2000+$ for the included add ons. It s one thing to attempt to sell me those add ons but force it into my contract and tell me it s included is so distasteful and dishonest.

My salesman was helpful but I recommend having 0 distractions at paper signing and fully understanding what they are having you sign as they rush through everything. I clearly got taken advantage of which is partially my fault for not giving it my undivided attention but also theirs for being sneaky and dishonest to do something like that. And from the reviews they clearly do that frequently.
