I've never had a better experience at a dealership than the one I had at Richmond BMW. From the salespeople, to the managers, to the people in finance, everyone at this dealership was friendly, honest, transparent, and actually willing to help. I got the car of dreams at this dealership for an incredible price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
