The home care department (Donna and Michelle) have been excellent to deal with. The 90-day warranty walk through Michelle is always effortless! The time and attention to detail given is second to none. Donna s response time and repair/maintenance completion time is excellent. I have never once needed to follow up with Donna as she is always contacting me first with solutions. The communication from the home care department is incredible. Donna and Michelle always go above and beyond, I couldn t recommend the team highly enough!
