My husband and I have lived in our rental for almost a year now and we have no complaints. We were easily approved for the house 2 months before our requested move-in date and the process was extremely quick and convenient. Every time we put in a service request, it is usually handled in an adequate amount of time.

There was a time where our AC went out and I got extremely frustrated with them because I need the house cold at all times, but we were followed up with legitimate reasons as to why it was taking them a couple weeks to resolve the issue. Good thing we were out of the country at the time so I didn't have to deal with the heat for too long.

This company has good communication and emails/calls us regularly to notify us of inspections, repairs, & other requests. We have another year on the lease remaining and will probably renew if the customer service they've been providing us with is as accommodating as it is currently.
