I always like to go to the Kaufhof in Rostock, nic...

I always like to go to the Kaufhof in Rostock, nice selection, many offers ... But ... the staff would need training in terms of friendliness, especially the lady from the underwear department, zero helpful, no advice, even as me the lady asked something, there was a show of hands, but nothing more. I will probably avoid this department soon. TOO BAD
